Led end-to-end design of an internal SaaS platform used daily by risk, compliance, and operational teams at Paystack. Replaced fragmented tooling with a unified dashboard for transaction monitoring, case management, and regulatory reporting.
Designed the full merchant onboarding flow and KYC verification admin tool — reducing time-to-live for new merchants and giving compliance teams clear visibility into document status and risk signals.
Redesigned Wakanow's end-to-end payment workflows and fraud detection system — mapping 4 swimlane service blueprints, reducing false-positive flags, and cutting manual review time significantly.
Mapped and redesigned core operational workflows at Wakanow Group — producing 3-swimlane service blueprints and system documentation to drive process improvement across payment operations.
Gathered requirements, mapped 5-phase customer and internal journeys for Zenith Bank's digital services — supporting solution design and improving delivery across banking operations.
